God Can Do It

ordinarygirl1extraordinarygod  So often I want to help God. Think about that for a minute. I want to "help" God; the creator of the world, Alpha and Omega, the calmer of the seas, the one who raises people from the dead, the ever faithful one, king of kings. How he must chuckle at my silly striving!! Instead of resting in his eternal godhead and power I offer him...well actually I tell him, what he needs to do. 😉 For the most part I "allow" (as if he needs MY permission! 😄) God to be God but to my shame, too often I let my foolish fears cause me to doubt instead of relying on the truth of God's proven track record of 100% faithfulness with no exceptions. I am so thankful He is patient with me. Instead of God becoming angry and frustrated with my human frailty he just remains the same. His quiet, constant faithfulness is what has been building my faith layer by layer; winning my heart one fulfilled promise at a time.
