Ephesians 3:14-21 KJV
14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; 17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, 21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
Let those powerful words sink in. Soak your thirsty heart in the living water of those statements. Paul wrote those tender words of encouragement to the believers in the church of Corinth. Those same verses sum up my heart for this blog. This little page amongst thousands (possibly millions?) is an internet nook I am dedicating as a refuge for encouragement and truth. A place where God is glorified through the honest sharing of life lessons I am learning. I desire that all my mistakes, victories, joy and sorrow diminish any preconceived idea you may have that I have everything figured out and my life is peach pie. Rather, I want my imperfect journey to increase the glory of God, his power to transform, his eternal faithfulness, ready forgiveness, perfect balance of justice and grace, and all consuming passion for his beloved children. It is my prayer that as you read this blog you are blessed and leave with more seeds of truth planted in your heart than when you came.
This blog is also where I plan on sharing life “Tippity Tips” as I call them. You have probably heard people call these kind of things “Life Hacks”. But I like to make things unique soooo Tippity Tips is my special phrase because hey, why not? ;) These Tippity Tips will range from efficiency in homemaking tips to travel basics etc.
My goal is to share ONE post every SUNDAY of a life lesson I am learning or have learned and share ONE Tippity Tip post every THURSDAY. I want to make sure you have time to read and soak in the things I send because nothing is worse...well maybe not nothing but you get the idea ;) than feeling like your inbox is getting spammed even if it is with good information. Just want to set your heart at ease if you are considering hitting that subscribe button (Plus, there is always the unsubscribe button right? ;) ).
