Your Love Never Fails

Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God… Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any. Isaiah 44:6 & 8

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 

Dear Father, 

You have never forsaken me, and You have encircled me with Your everlasting love. You have comforted me when all earthly comfort eluded me, and hopelessness seemed to overwhelm. You have taught me truth and lovingly corrected me while gently leading me. I praise Thee with all my heart, mind, and soul. May I lift Your name up and be a light to the lost and weary, the broken and searching. I have been all of these and more. I can look back and see so clearly the hardness of my heart and the rebellion that was so etched into my character from the years of my youth and yet, Your love never failed and You never stopped calling –
