I Know In Whom I Have Believed: Part 4

This is part 4 and the final post in this series, “I Know In Whom I Have Believed”. These past four Sundays I have written the posts as if God were writing a letter to you because God personally showed me the truths I have typed out for you here and I want you to feel that same personal experience as you learn about who you are in Christ. My precious child,Here are the last names I want you to know about who you are in me. The first one I want you to know is that you are wise. Did you know that? Maybe you don't feel like you are because you have made so many mistakes, but you are. You have wisdom at your fingertips because I have given you wisdom like no other but sometimes you don't hear that wisdom because of the chaos of the world and people's opinions. My little one, if you feel lost and need direction come unto me and I will give you wisdom and knowledge and understanding on how to apply the wisdom I give to you. "For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding." Proverbs 2:6 I see you even now saying "But I have God and I heard nothing because you didn't speak loud enough!". That is because you must draw near unto me or else you will hear nothing. There is already enough opinions bombarding you that if I were to add my voice to the din it would be ignored and add to the confusion so I have chosen to whisper my wisdom to you. Why? Because a whisper is louder than a shout. A whisper means the voice that speaks came from one who is right next to you. So when you hear that whisper you lean in and suddenly everything else fades in the background and you listen as hard as you can. So I whisper my wisdom that you might hear it above all else.Everything I have told you is to lead you to this final truth about who you are. You are loved. You were loved before you even knew what love was. You were loved even when you were just a thought in the mind of God. You may think you are unlovable but can I let you in on a little secret? I loved you while you were unlovable. I loved you before you were "good enough", pretty enough, or even likable. "Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins." 1 John 4:10  If I loved you then you can know beyond a doubt I love you now and will love you no matter what. I loved you so much that I chose to die so that you might live. "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8 If that doesn't convince you of the love I have for you nothing will. I see your flaws and yet, I love you. I see you at your best and worst and yet, I love you. I see every part of your heart and thoughts and yet, I love you. You are loved and if you want to abide there always, follow me and you will always find loving arms waiting for you, my beloved one. "As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love." John 15:9-10
